"this location always seems to disappoint. takeout from here is a joke. we were missing an entire entree from our order, had to go back in and had the food practically thrown at me with an unfriendly “here”. fries and wings were cold. the wings were supposed to be all one sauce, we received some half covered dry rub wings???? they really do not care. second edit: we tried to give them another chance, it’s gotten even worse."

"I paid $7 for these onion rings, and it only came with like 8. So go here if you want to pay Almsot a dollar an onion ring, manager didn’t care at all. Prime example of laziness and bad management. Also, barely put sauce on our rings and gave us blue cheese instead of ranch. Be careful eating for these scammers."

"It feels as though in the last few years, the quality and quantity of the food you get at Buffalo Wild Wings has decreased while their prices have increased quite drastically. It's a shame because I used to really enjoy eating at BWWs. During my most recent visit at the BWWs in Waterford MI, the service was really good. Our waitress was attentive, timely, and very nice. Unfortunately my friend's drink first had a fruit fly in his ice and then had some type of a seed in his ice. The waitress addressed the problems, told the bartender, and they replaced all the ice behind the bar. They also gave my friend a free drink for the inconvenience. During that visit I ordered a buffalo chicken salad which was pretty good."

"The kitchen staff here is not good. We waited an hour just for our appetizer while watching 3 other tables that arrived after us get their whole meals. Plus once my moms food came out the put the wrong sauce on the wings. The Manager did come out to try to make it right, and we had a great waitress but the kitchen needs to clean up their act."
