"My second time going there and my sandwich is not satisfying it’s missing items that they should’ve told me they did-NOT have the sandwich is dry and lettuce brown my soup was cold and I definitely feel like atmosphere was definitely RASICT because of the level I got service when I was there ordering my food!"

"I used the app to place an order. Unfortunately, it captured the order incorrectly . This was discovered when I tried to pickup the order at the drive thru window. When I tried to speak with the young lady at the window about the error she began to argue with me. She was rude and ill- mannered. Thankfully the manager, Jake, stepped in and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Jake - you saved the day and hopefully the young lady was paying attention on how to render customer service."

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a quick meal or even some work. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Overall, a top-notch dining experience! It is the best study spot for students, I just wish if they lower the volume of the music that would be ideal."
