"Entered at 8pm, had to wait 30 min for three empty tables to be cleaned in order to be seated. My girl said no onions, she got onions, she ordered all you can all you can eat shrimp, she got a shrimp platter. Some guy mopping at 9:30 slowing all waiters. Had to wait ten min as i watched Sam to go to three cash registers trying to break a hundred on wet floor. Sam disappeared and we went to the front desk asking for the change. Couple minutes he pops up hands me the change. I said loudly "count the change" Sam walks away. Of course its a twenty short and the only thing the manager steven says is your trespassing, I'm calling the police. Police show up, best happy birthday dinner ever...thanks. Wash the bile off the crab, learn to count, and train the managers to offer solutions, like old faithful.. call corporate, instead of calling the police. And I would like to add DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE RESPONSE BELOW. Their response was to me was in the next meeting we will bring up ways for future customers to have a better experience from your bad one. No compensation of any kind was offered."

"This is the first time ordering food to go. I waiyed about 10 minutes at the counter and the manager walked by twice just looking at the line. Multiple sauces and finishes were missing from almost every meal. My family had shrimp and no lemon was provided even though on the bottom of the receipt it shows those were to be included. I ordered the crab cakes and they were supposed to come with a sauce and they did not. They were not really great - probably would have been better with the sauce they were meant to have. I also subbed in for the brussels sprouts and they were inedible. My family didn't complain but I wouldn't recommend it."

"It was a great night with good food and drinks. Our waitress was running her butt off to deliver good service overall she was great. The booth we sat in needs to be fixed where the torn leather is right in the middle of the seat."

"Pretty good food. I had the endless shrimp for 20 dollars and the stuffed mushrooms as an app but they were old. I can't really complain about portions because I had a mini buffet for the price and I left very full. Only thing I can complain about is how slow the waitress was"
