"These days you can really tell when fast food restaurants are ran by people who could care less what customers think. The customers are the bad guys . That, and a combination of hiring employees who are expected to bring competence and good service to the table lacks. There is just no sense of moving fast, courtesy or communication. Might as well just bring on the robots now."

"This particular location can never get an order correct. First time they completely screwed up an order, I let it go. Maybe there’s someone in training or someone made a simple mistake. The second third and fourth time they’ve made mistakes are completely unacceptable. When I order a chicken sandwich and two pies and fries and a hamburger, come out, it’s just laziness. I refuse to go to this location ever again."

"*I ordered a six piece and received no nuggets just tartar sauce!!!????* Morning and day crew get 10 stars they are great. I hate to put this up but I'm left with no choice. Crew after 5 pm was rude and beyond dissatisfactory. Last night I ordered my little one a happy meal. We were the only ones in the drive-through at that moment and I heard a young man shout saying "you're holding up my line." Now it's one thing dealing with your family shouting at you to order with a hungry crying toddler but for someone else, at the place you wish to order from, to try and push you is just gawd awful. I pulled up and paid anyway and received my order without a care. As we are driving my 4 yo says "mommy look at my box! there is no chicken nuggets, just stinky sauce in here!" I pulled over ans sure enough there was tartar sauce deliberately placed in my daughter's nugget box with not a single nugget to be found. Sad really that a grown man has to play tricks on a toddler to feel better about himself. Sorry this is so long but understand that it was only the evening crew and that morning and day crew are just wonderful."

"Kevin at the drive-through, was so awesome! Very friendly and personable. He had us laughing and smiling. He had a very good attitude at work on a Friday night. Really cool guy!"

"Usually pretty good and really fast service. However, I was almost done with my ice coffee and a dead fly came up the straw and hit my lip and that was pretty disgusting."
