"The people who work here are very kind and respectful. They always welcome us with a smile and the best attitude, they adhere to the strict work rules, and it is one of the few restaurants that I am not worried about not having excellent quality food and hygiene."

"This Novi location does a good job at delivering exceptional Asian Cuisine along with this location's great environment and staff. I came a little bit before closing so there weren't many options; the staff informed me this was because they try to prevent food waste around closing, so they offered a good suggestion from what was left. And I liked it! Would come back again, 10/10."

"Caroline, charoline, Caroline, her name is one of these three I’m not sure I couldn’t read her name tag. She is the rudest person I have ever encountered and had I not been with my eight year old daughter I would’ve matched her energy and trust me she would have changed her nasty attitude she is a horrible person its panda express she takes her job way too seriously I’m with an eight year old they are supposed to close at 10 o’clock then she was being rude because They are running out of food. Every panda express lets you have a sample she’s telling me you’re out of teriyaki chicken so she didn’t allow my daughter to just try anything and she was being rude and you see but I’m a paying customer the next time I see her attitude better be fixed. Don’t worry I will be calling corporate and I will be on her manager to report her because the fact that she said they don’t give samples since Covid you’re telling me you haven't elevated your life since Covid girl get it together. I’m praying for you. But in the meantime, if you’re going to continue to work at a fast food restaurant makes change your attitude the customer is always right. Anyways, we didn’t end up eating at that panda express because of the horrible experience so we came to the one on 14 mile in royal oak and they are amazing. My daughter actually got to sample and they are incredible compared to the one in Novi she needs to go. She is awful. Picture I have a photo of her beware ladies and gentlemen"

"Been here a few times. Nice place. Usually has a line but fairly quick turnaround. Haven’t had any trouble with food from here. If you like Panda Express you will certainly like this place."

"Good food for American Chinese food. While most of the portions are too large for me to eat at one sitting, I was allowed to order a kid's meal. More limited choices, only 3 options, but still good. Loved the posters in the dining room. Parking lot can be a problem finding a place or get in and out but that is normal for this area."
