Hungry Howie's Pizza 10784 Belleville Road, Van Buren Charter Township, MI 48111

"The young lady that answered the phone was rude and not very informative. I have called this location as well as other locations and asked for a Supreme pizza and I was given the works. This young lady took my order and gave me what she wanted which was the Howie's special. When i called back to ask questions she hung up in my face. This happen on a Monday night around 830 so i foubt there was a line out the door. If that is not on the menu then she should have told me and asked what I was looking for so I could get the correct pizza."

"I picked up a pizza only to realize once I got home that the ticket for my food was placed on someone elses pizza. I tried to call the store twice to explain the mix up but they would not answer the phone. I had to drive all the way back to return the pizza as I couldn't eat it. They took the incorrect pizza back but told me that they didnt have any more dough to make my pizza. My money was refunded but I wasted my time and my gas and was not even offered any incentive."

"Went in for lunch special to go to help my kids class win a pizza party. Dude behind the counter was attentive and helpful. He told me my sub would be up in 10 mins or so. It was done well before 10 minutes and he brought it out to me. Other fast food joints in the area need to take some notes from this cat! Keep up the great work Howie dude! I'll definitely be back."

"Ordered pizza at 6:09, was told it would be delivered in 45-55 minutes. Called back at 7:30 to figure out where my order was. The manager was rude, and didn't care that it had been that amount of time. Tried to tell me, that door dash pick it up 20 minutes ago. I dont care for door dash and never order through them to begin with. It's now 7:50 and still no food. So I amuse it's just not coming at all. I dont want $50.00 in food delivered after riding around for a hour or more just to be cold. Never again!"

"*Update* - Concern addressed, store was busy and I didn’t hear clearly order was canceled. End of the day, they are just tryin to run a business. Busy times happen. I been eating here personally for long time but I am was doing a door dash delivery order and system didn’t receive so I just follow as door dash instructed to place order manually and they refused and younger guy was rude and told me to leave store."
