"I went to this Walled Lake location last night about 6:30p, and of course, the food was horrible, I was kind as i could be, but unfortunately, the employees made me feel like I was bothering them, when ordering, now I feel sick to my stomach, and may need to go to hospital, and I believe I may have to press charges for food poisoning. I never had such a bad experience, to this magnitude, here."

"On more than one occasion, my order has been wrong. Last time it was completely wrong. Ordered a #6 Chicken Chalupa meal with beef instead of chicken and a soft shell instead of a hard for the third. I ended up getting 3 supreme softshells, abd a hardshell. This time, my crunch wrap Supreme was 75% lettuce and tomato. By that I mean, meat was only on one side of it and the rest us lettuce and tomato. I have never written a review for a restaurant before, but I have consistently been let down by this location either in service, or quality of food."

"Terrible customer service! Did an app order because we need to customize items and the woman at the counter didn’t even speak to me when I was at the counter. I had to ask more than once for my pick up orders because the names were not on the side of the counter I could see. Beverage was incorrect but she was just wandering around, wouldn’t make eye contact and then just left! I waited for a few minutes and decided to go home & deal with the incorrect drink order. Of course, our food order was wrong too but I’m not driving back there now."
