"Workers behind the counter refused to even acknowledge me or take my order. What I wanted to order isn’t an option on their kiosk. I could hear the workers saying “no I’m not dealing with people” grown up children are working here."

"Placed order inside on kiosk and stood around for 12 minutes before they finally started putting our order together when they realized they needed to drop nuggets in the fryer to fulfill our order. I watched the same fries sit there and told them that if I had to wait this long I wanted hot fries and not the old ones sitting there. They assured me I was getting everything hot and fresh. They served me the cold fries of course. I can’t believe they tried to pass them off to me as hot and fresh. Employee replaced them but was rude about it. This place needs to get it together. Should have been a quick trip and had to wait forever due to incompetency. Inside is dirty and gross. Puddles all over with dirty rags lying in them. Gross."

"I was craving some Wendy's tonight and they did not disappoint! Delicious food - fries were super hot and fresh, everything was correct as ordered with my add-ons, chicken sandwich made well. Order was packed nicely in the bag. They were very fast and service was good. I would have taken pictures but I scarfed it down too fast, really hit the spot."

"The quality of the food is actually very good, but the service is horrendous and extremely rude. I know fast food employees are treated rudely by the public, so I am overly nice to them, and I enjoy being kind. But there is just no dealing with the guy who was working the drive through. A middle-aged white man with glasses was incredibly rude, mean, sarcastic. Talked down to me like I was dumb, and an annoyance. The drive through box is messed up and their voices are really quiet. You can hardly hear them, and I apologized and said I'm sorry its so quiet I didn't know you were talking to me. So rude and disrespectful. I never report people for their behavior, because it could just be a bad day, but if I see this man again, and he is less than cordial, I will be getting his name and reporting him. Uncalled for. But honestly the food was great and fresh."

"The wait for a burger and frosty was about 10 minutes with only 1 car ahead. The Dave's single had bacon which is not standard. The receiver likes bacon, so we didn't send it back. The burger tasted good and was still warm. The strawberry frosty did not taste as delicious as the many online reviews stated. It was an odd taste."
