"They're getting one star because zero is not an option. I haven't been here and years and with this new one opening in Wixom I thought I would try. As soon as I walked in those doors I have never seen a restaurant so dirty. Not one table was clean, the trash was over flowing as if it hadn't been emptied in days, the ice machine didn't stop, the ice just kept coming out falling onto the ground, making the mat underneath feel like you were stepping on a soggy piece of bread. The employee's were beyond rude. Refused to let us know that they were out of practically everything. When we asked for a manager the guy told us "she just got here and she is very busy she will come out when she is ready" waited there for almost 30 minutes and she never came out nor said a word to us at all. I have never seen a manger that worthless. Normally the guests are the priority but apparently not in her book. This place needs to be shut down or get some serious help/training. Right now they are just digging themselves a bigger hole. I will not be returning. I have already called corporate on them so hopefully they can get the help they need."

"i went in there for dinner and they were out of all meat except for chicken and a little steak. I got the last bit of steak. 3 pieces of it. They were also out of guac. I was then charged with a bowl with steak even though i barely got 3 pieces. Also my bowl had barley any food in it. This place is a dump."

"Great Service, but little of anything else. I entered the restaurant and noticed a dirty lobby. Being a Sunday evening, I first overlooked it. The service line was noticably dirty as well. Next, I was waited on by a friendly employee who notified me that they were out of lettuce, which is what I wanted. This is my second time at a Chipotle that was out of lettuce (other location was in Novi, MI). I ordered a Chicken bowl with white rice, cheese, and sour cream with a medium Soft Drink. The Drink station area was a mess to say the least. You can tell that it hadn't been cleaned in hours. There were lids, straws, utensils, and napkins scattered around. The drink tower was a little sticky. There wasn't a clean seat or table in the entire restaurant, unless you are outside on the patio. It was 36°, so that option was a no. The food was ok, considering it didn't have the lettuce I wanted. Some of the chicken tastes like soap, which is concerning. Usually this means the pan that holds the chicken wasn't rinsed properly. This location needs some training to prevent this experience from happening again. When I entered the restaurant, it wasn't busy. There were only 2 customers in front of me. There were 3 people on the front line. They needed to use 1 of the people to clean and organize the lobby. This didn't happen. One of the employees did leave 10 minutes after I sat down. He could have spent his last 10 minutes cleaning and organizing the lobby. The line could be cleaned throughout the shift. It's called the clean as you go method. You spend 10-15 seconds to wipe down the line ever so often. I can't recommend this location until training is completed in this location. "Good food quality but taking away two stars for the portion sizes and wait time. Staff seemed to be struggling with the process and had to repeat myself on every little thing. This adds to thru-p overall. If you are h.o.e. i am sorry but work the kitchen not the front :/"
