"Your food is not safe in this place. First, the management sucks. They keep the location open while being under staffed. I swear, one time I made a big order, and one of the members broke down crying. They were understaffed and stocks were running low. They even had to close early. Literally hated myself for putting them through that. I apologized for the trouble and kept decent boundaries as to not burden them. I gave it some time, come back later when things settled down. And that time was something else. Different people, but thank God I checked my order because the sandwich was missing. I went back inside and the guy that served me gave me an attitude and tried to call me out on his mistake. Last time (and it will be the last time), I was given a warm Dr. Pepper. And I don't mean room temp. It was warm to the touch. I didn't drink it, but was dumb enough to eat the sandwich. I literally threw up that same night. Honestly, I hope someone calls the better business bureau. Whoever is hiring these people should not be in a leadership position. As for the people working here, getting upset does me no good. But I really think others should know what to expect as well. Management is hiring untrustworthy people to handle your food."

"Very Dirty they never change the grease or clean under the fries case. Raw Burgers coming out of the Grill, They put the Impossible burgers into the same containers with the same grease as the Normal Burgers, Raw chicken in their Freezers and they don't work non of those freezers or refrigerators by the deep fryers don't work correctly I used to work for this company I left and never returned due Me and My wife got very sick on some of their food eating their on my day off I still wish I had some of those picture's that I took when I worked Their, disgusting pictures their mainly of the Grill it pushing out Raw Patties on my Shift I would through out like up 2 - 3 5gal buckets of RAW PATTIES. and I would like to add that night shift manager let her boyfriend in all the time and he did nothing but groped her in front of employees and customers, customers kids and it was reported but nothing done guessing cause she was the GM Daughter"

"I found this location to be very clean and even decorated with BK crowns. Service was a little slow when crowds arrived but it was because food was freshly made. I would prefer freshly made over any food sitting around. Thanks for a pleasant lunch."

"Party of 5 dined-in on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone received the food they ordered with hardly a wait. Food was good & hot. I was reluctant due to the bad reviews but was very happy we went. I thought the restaurant was very clean and the staff was very friendly. No complaints."

"Went for Lunch, they had plenty of customers. Watched as the front counter and the cook at the back yelled and argued with each other over giving out a wrong order, then after a customer came back and said his burger was burnt and the cook started yelling at him about it not being burnt, I saw it and yes he was right it was burnt the soda selection machine had multiple options but everything but 3 of them were empty and not available the restaurant looks old, dirty, and unupated..half the digital menu is missing so you get to choose from 10 items if that, I will never return happy I don't live near this one..my food was fine luckily"
