"Someone needs to check and see why their ice cream machines are down because everytime you want ice-cream they say "It's DoWn". Either their stuff always breaks but when I was eating in the lobby one time with family I heard one of the managers swearing and yelling to stop selling ice cream because they didn't want to do it anymore. Also the fries are never EVER fresh!!"

"Worst McDonald's I've been to in a long time. Counter ppl have zero idea what they're doing. 20+ minutes for a std combo meal. Auto upcharged for drink I didn't ask for or asked about. Will not return. What happened to McDonald's in general? Regional mgr s need to step it up."
"After accepting my code from the app, I was informed there is no coffee. I was not offered an estimated time frame for brewing or asked if I would be willing to wait. I was simply told "We have no coffee". After stopping at a different McDonald's for my coffee (having to pay full price because the app only let's you use the coupon once a day), I called the store to complain. The manager, John, offered excuses stating he had just arrived. When I asked to speak to the manager that was on at the time and was told I could not. Needless to say the issue did not get resolved. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. Ann Arbor or Dundee are worth the extra distance."
