"I asked for an unwhich. Cashier proceeded to ask what I wanted in my sandwich. I told the cashier I have food allergies and can not have bread, dairy or onions. Manager came over explained everything to cashier. (I was picking up did for work 30 min away). When I got to work I opened my food and it had cheese and onions on it! I'm glad I always double check my food! Could have landed me in the hospital! Don't trust them if you want something different, or if you have food allergies!"
"Surprise closes early, no delivery and terrible service. The bread is baked and unfortunately so are 50% of the staff. Needs a franchise owner that knows what they are doing! Aviod this JJs at all costs! You’ll thank me later."
"Stopped here a few weeks ago to get the heavily advertised black and bleu sandwich and I was told they no longer make it so I took pics of the 5 ads in and outside of the store for this sandwich. I thought they were just kidding. I got a different sandwich which was good but maybe take down the ads before ya quit making it."
