"Everything was fine, but all I can say is Educate the front staff, the person that works the register!!!!! You need to be able to describe is being served! Especially the new Hot Bowl. A bit of rice with lettuce, fresh, crisp, vegetables let them know every vegetable, that’s in it with Hummus and yoghurt, On the side! With the choice of chicken or not now, how hard is that now that would entice me to wanna eat it! Shame shame shame shame on the people that train employees! Poor management"

"No drive-in, but one of the few Panera locations that actually gave me extra cheese (or any cheese at all) on my French onion soup when I asked for it. Smoothies were silky smooth and the bakery was presented well. They seemed short-staffed the day we went in but were very kind and served us well even when we needed to correct an error on our order. Highly recommend this one!"

"Came in just before 5pm on Saturday. No baguettes, no cinnamon rolls, and no consideration whatsoever for the issue. I would expect to get some type of discount or free dessert or anything to say “Sorry we are out of two of the things you came in for… they were also out of the bread used for my sandwich! Still nothing offered as a customer service effort. Sad state of affairs at Panera."

"Absolute worst Panera I have ever been too. Did not give me a full cup of dressing for salad, it was filled not even a quarter way. Did they run out? salad also had 4 pieces of chicken and the rest was lettuce, maybe If I had enough dressing it would have been decent. Chicken noodle soup absolutely NO chicken and the new Chicken sub had little to no chicken. Unreal. Why is there a shortage on chicken?"

"Food was great, but way overpriced. Almost $40 for 4 bowls of soup. Kids loved the food, but Dad hated the price. Way over staffed. One staff member was so bored she was just calling out names once food was ready. Other 2 staff members bored and chatting and one saying she wasn’t trained yet. Why is the consumer paying for mismanagement? Cut the staff and cut the prices and get more customers. I will not be back unless they get this figured out."
