"Ordered on app. App said it would take 30 minutes so I waited to leave. 6 minutes later got a text my order was ready. Drove up there. 1 Asian lady actually working and 3 white kids sitting at a table goofing around on their phones. One just pointed and said your food’s over there. Guess they were too busy with whatever game they were playing on their phone to grab the bag or show any form of customer service. I’d fire all 3 myself. Food had my stomach in knots an hour after eating it. Who knows what behavior customers don’t see."

"I ordered through the app. The email said that it was done and I went in to pick it up. They were getting swamped. The manager stepped in and finished up the order. They did not have enough teriyaki chicken. They made up for it with another menu item. The staff and the manager were extremely nice and helpful. The manager did extremely good service recovery. I highly suggest this place as it seems that they are caring of their customers and their customer's experience. This was in Hartland, Michigan, today 8-20-23"

"Portions are just ridiculously small at this point. For a premium entree (honey walnut shrimp) I got five shrimp and the tiniest piece of walnut. Even the orange chicken wasn't much. The food quality itself isn't great, but the prices are still going up. To put the cherry on top, they still don't stock enough of their sides, so it's always a 15-20 minute wait. Don't bother here, just go get Chinese food from a regular restaurant. It'll be better, cheaper, and probably faster."
