"We came to the restaurant for the 1st time and it wasn't a great experience. We arrived at 5:00 and we're told it was a 50 minute wait. We decided to wait and it was about an hour and a half before we were finally seated. People were being seated that came well after us. The food wasn't great. Our waitress was very good, but that was about the only going good during our visit. The food was over priced for what we received."
"We stopped here for lunch on our way home. It was a relaxed cozy atmosphere. Our waitress was kind and attentive the whole time. We definitely recommend the fried pickles. They had a slight spice but it was a flavorful kick. The chicken and waffles were the star of all our dishes. The menu was large enough to find something that everyone likes."
"If you’re looking for a low drama, decent food, casual place to eat…Mackle’s is for you. The food was solid and the drinks were a good pour. Its a little loud inside unless you get a booth. I have to say that the service was the absolute best part of the night. Always around but not annoying. If I’m in the mood for reasonably priced comfort food, this place will be on the list."
"Good atmosphere and good food. Came today and got a club sandwich. It was great. They brought our two orders of our appetizer because they felt the first one looked too small. I was impressed! I hate feeling like places don't give great portions so that was a welcome surprise."
"Wow! This place will surprise you. It's in a strip mall but has a definite hometown feel. Great food. We recommend the cauliflower appetizer. We had Jackson as our server and he is great. The host,, Mitchell makes you feel at home.. Cannot say enough good things about this place."
