"It was my first time there. The Ittalian Grinder I got was very good. There were three people working, well on the tome clock I should say. The young man on register needs to lay off the weed. I had to repeat everything three times, he was confused almot in a zombie state of mind. It was dark wjen i went in but lobby lights were off, could not even read menu. The two im back, girl and guy were setting on counter in back talking stoned also. When i ask could they turn lights on I see why they were off. The dining area was filthy. Its really to bad because the grinder was really good. I just wanted to try something different from my usual Jersey Mikes. Which is where I will be going from now on."

"the small sub is too small!!! they need to let people know it’s mini, they should call the medium sub a regular size. the small was just too small, it seemed like a kid size and i honestly wanted more and wish they would have advertised how small it is. absolutely fire food, i got the club and it was awesome. the meat is shredded and it makes it really juicy."

"The pizza was good our salad was not. The young lady working the counter was very professional and did a great job. The young men were there but they weren't working. Some were laying on and underneath the counter in the kitchen napping or playing with their phones. The place is filthy so they have plenty of work to do. Clean!!!"

"OH THESE GRINDERS!!! I can't believe we've lived in Kalamazoo for a couple of years and not been here yet. Now we'll be back often. The bread is incredible, the selection is wide (over 40 grinders! plus pizza!), and the owner is SO NICE. There is one handicap spot right by the door, and the entrance is ramped a bit. There are 3 tables inside, so if it is crowded, get your meal to go."
