"If I could give this kfc in Sturgis MI negative stars I would! For $21 for 2 people to eat, the chicken was definitely reheated and days old… tasted so nasty and cold!! Even the mashed potatoes tasted like garbage!! My wife ended up getting food poisoning so that ruined our Christmas Day. I have no freaking clue how this place is still up and running in Sturgis!!"

"Normally I don't go to KFC, there is usually a wait or something, but my client wanted KFC for dinner and thats where we went. The wait time wasn't long at all, the service was friendly and quick, they just forgot the sauces"

"Today, 4:45 p.m I waited and waited for someone to take my order. The car behind me pulled out and left. Finally, I get someone that rattles off something I did not understand. He repeated. We are out of boneless chicken it will be at least 30 minutes! Imagine KFC with only nuggets or tenders! This is not the first time. They have forgotten the extra biscuits I paid for, served burnt biscuits, been told at 6:15 they had no more chicken and the list goes on. I couldn’t even order their $20 fill up as it had 4 pieces of chicken. If you feel lucky, hopeful and have time to waste try getting some chicken."

"I am furious with the service I received yesterday. I had a mobile order that was ready for pick and I was told that I wasn’t allowed to get my order until I showed proof that my name was on the order I showed them the order number and they refused it said that it had to physically have my name on it and demanded that I show my ID just to pick up food that is harassment and I will not stand for this it is against the law to demand to see someone’s ID if you are not a police officer and not buying tobacco or alcohol products I will be filling a harassment charge against the staff."
