"The customer service from the girl with bleached white hair was awful. I don’t know if she was new or just stupid. I asked for double steak and she gave me half the scoop. When I corrected her on that she starting spitting some nonsense on how they are supposed to do it. Every subway location I’ve ever went to put full scoops when you asked for double. Same thing with the cheese. My order was a 12 inch, so it had to be 2 scoops of cheese instead of one. She got really annoyed and started arguing with me. Her manager steps in and tells her I was right. She never apologized. My daughter also told me that the same girl didn’t even greet her or respond to her hello. I suggest you hire a new worker because with that attitude she’s doing more harm than good."

"me and my husband got subs there today and the girl putting on toppings was huffy and mad. (not sure why) then she didn’t even fold our subs all the way, she just wrapped them so when we went to open it all of toppings and meat fell out on our floor. won’t be going back here again ever, just not worth the money."

"I ordered a Subway club he ask if I wanted it toasted I said no he gave me a turkey bacon it onlyonly had 2 thin pieces of turkey on it and 2 pieces of bacon and he toasted it. I couldn't understand what h was saying so I just excepted it and it cost me 10$ for just myself to eat I will not be going back there again."

"worst subway I have been to, which I have visited probably 6 dozen stores in my life. customer service is lacking. the owner told me they do not take the company's coupons which are valid at every store I have visited. instead I left and drove to the subway location 1 mile north and spent $28 at that restaurant. obviously the owner wanted to make an extra buck off me and other customers by not accepting coupons. if you have a choice to visit this restaurant or the one 1 mile north in Sturgis mi, please visit the one at 128 s Centerville road."

"When I was over charged for two $6 meal deals of the day the two people working there were not able to correct the mistake. They argued that the subtotal of $12.50 was correct. It took more than 15 minutes and a phone call to someone before it was fixed. It makes me believe that I was not the first person to be over-charged. When the sign advertises a $6 meal, why does the receipt not read $6 before tax?"
