"Got the 2 for 7 "premium" chicken bites. Absolute trash. Half were just bread, cold, and no chicken. Nothing premium about them. They also forgot my sauce so I had turn around and walk in and grab it from the counter. I've had a bad experience before with this location and thought I'd give it one more try. Never again."

"It’s 9:20. Says open until 1:00. Pull up. DoorDash only. HUH???? So, if somebody ordered online you’d give me food, but if I ordered through the drive-through, then it’s not acceptable. Good job. If you’re open till 1 o’clock in the morning, then why are you not accepting orders at 9 o’clock?"

"The workers never do their job on the night shift. I’ve been here multiple times when they let me sit in the drive through for 15 minutes before telling me they aren’t taking orders or flat out never answering and I can see them sitting at the drive through window. Google says they close at 2am and I have issues after 11pm."

"Food is usually fine but recently (late 2023) the night shift workers, after 8pm-ish, have been unconscionably bad. Multiple times in the past month we've pulled up within their published hours but were told they 'were only taking door dash orders'. Which is fine but damn were they rude about it. "Here in town for work and getting back late to my hotel I stopped here for something quick. It's just after 9:30pm and the chicken in my wrap looks and tastes like it's been sitting there since noon in the warmer. The employees had to have seen this when they grabbed it and when they cut it up for the wrap but yet it was still thrown together. Spit it out and in the trash. The fries were cold as well."
