"I go here about once a week, and every time I go, they mess up on my order, and the manager or whatever he is tells us that he can't do 2 card orders also I got a quarter pounder with cheese and there are no toping at all on it. It seems like they just throw a double cheese in a quarter box and called it good, I do not recommend this mcdonald's."

"We've given this store multiple chances, being the closest one, but we've come here for the last time. The food quality if very inconsistent, the orders are almost always wrong, and the bathrooms and play place are always filthy. I've brought up these complaints in person in the past and I was meet everyone with apathy and/or indignance, highlighting the terrible service we almost always get. There are a couple of nice folks I've seen here, and try to always make a point to compliment them for it, but the overall atmosphere and attitude is terrible. I always feel like the customers around are just an annoyance for the employees. This includes managers I've seen, as well. Our most recent visit included having our order shouted through the store when I ordered table service and couldn't hear from the Playplace. When I finally heard the number, the employee rolled their eyes when I walked to the counter. Everything was bagged and not on a tray, but I could get anyone's attention to ask for one and settled on bringing the big order back by hand. When I got the drinks, the ice and lids were out, and it took 4 times hollering in back to get two lids from an annoyed-acting worker. Finally, I took my child to use the bathroom, and the stall floor was covered in some loose toilet paper and rolling tobacco; someone else mentioned that the women's bathroom was even worse. Drive thru is usually fine, but I'd recommend any other location if you're thinking about dining in, especially bringing your child to the Playplace."

"Jessica S. (Morning Shift Manager) she is fabulous! she’s always so kind and I have a special bond with her when I have a concern she always is there to make it better. She’s genuinely kind and caring and you can tell she works hard. she really needs a raise!!!! I HOPE UPPER MANAGEMENT SEES THIS!! THUMBS upppppp"

"Ridiculous! Couldn’t hear the very soft spoken girl through the drive thru who didn’t even say anything to know she was ready. Thankfully checked my order before fully leaving, wouldn’t have had my daughter’s meal other than a drink. I’d ordered 4 meals and would have also been short another fry order so I had to go in. Got the rest of my order, brought home and ate. I couldn’t even finish my meal as burger was very burnt, fries undercooked, guess my dogs were happy at least since they got what I couldn’t finish. I’d read reviews before going, guess next time I’ll ‘listen’."
