McDonald's

"Sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes. Only had a order for me and my two kids. Waited some what patient. Got to the window finally and was asked to pull ahead and wait. I replied with "Sure even though I waited for everyone else" I saw people in front of me wait at the window and get only a ice cream, not asked to pull ahead. This is what upset me the most. Then of course I only ate a few bites of the $9 bigmac meal, which I never get cause of the price. And it was not good at all!. Kids food was cold too. I'm just sooo done with McDonald's."

"I’ve never had service like I had today. Maurice is the kindest employee i’ve ever met at a mcdonald’s. He helped us with our order and was patient through our large order. Another worker was also very kind but I didn't get her name. Food was fresh and hot. You will have a 11/10 experience if Maurice is working."

"Every single time I order there’s something wrong with my order. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt and give it another go but seriously, this is terrible. Mistakes happen and I get that, but you gotta learn from mistakes. Managers need to push for perfection instead of rushing through the orders to get through the day."

"Quick question for Management. What’s the point of having a “table tent” if you are not going to bring my families food to the table? Instead leaving it up front to get cold. Only for me to say something to workers up front and to just get blank stares and for them to walk away? HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, managers don’t know how to run a crew correctly. Stop offering services you CANT MANAGE OR PROVIDE FOR!"

"Made order through the drive up. They have double lanes to take orders which seems like the service will be quick. I waited longer than expected for my order. Drive throughs are supposed to be quick and convenient, but when you pay for your order and instead of getting it at the next window they give you the drinks and tell you to pull up because there waiting on something from your order. It just seems better if they made alot of the popular items ahead of time for the morning afternoon or evening rush. Thus way once the customer paid and went to the pick up window they would recieve it and be on there way."
