"Atmosphere is okay. Its a bit cold temp wise. But overall its okay. Service is good, haven't seen too much floor staff though, but doesn't seem to slow them done. The food and drinks, however makes up for everything they lack! Some of the best nachos in the greater kalamazoo area. They have some good grinders, the buffalo chicken grinder is great, its not on the menu, but they will make it for you. The long island ice tea is great, they offer flavoured one, you won't be disappointed with the strawberry LIT."

"My wife I randomly chose this place; we have been driving all over the Great Lakes area. With no expectations we ordered the "Mama" pizza which had everything we wanted. It was terrific! All the vegetables were fresh, the pie was cooked perfectly, and it's the best pizza we've had in months. Will go out of my way to get another one."

"I just had the worst experience here, had the pleasure of speaking with the MANAGER Virginia, she was very very rude, we paid $40 for one pizza and a pasta, only for our food to be sent out so burnt we could not physically eat it, the manager told me she packaged our food and she knows for a fact that it was not burnt, but then said “if anything the bread that was sent with your pasta was burnt because sometime we don’t catch it in time, but we don’t do refunds” I told her we are not looking for a refund but a replacement and she said no. Meanwhile in the back ground you can hear a young man say “ I told you we should have remade that one” First time and more than likely the last time we ever spend our money here. So here are the Pictures Virginia does it not look burnt to you?"
