Subway

"This is by far the worst Subway I've ever experienced. Just left there and they had no bread, only Flatbread. It's 12:15 on a Thursday afternoon. Second day in a row at the same time. They normally are out of meats, veggies, etc. The only reason I come to this one is because it's the only subway in town now (the main street one closed, and at least they had workers who tried). The kids they have working during the day are especially rude as well, you'll be completely ignored for a solid 5 minutes by 3 of them."

"I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes watching them cash people out and make sandwiches for people inside until I had to honk my horn to get any sort of service, then they came to the window and rudely told me that they're not doing drive-thrus today because they're too busy inside. If they would have just put a sign in the window or just came and told me when I pulled up I wouldn't have wasted my entire lunch break waiting to be served. What's that be one of the most poorly ran establishments I've ever been to. I would highly advise to give your business to a different restaurant."

"Terrible. Must’ve been the guy’s first day on the job. He had no idea how to build or wrap a sub and when he grabbed it to put into the bag one half of it flew out onto the counter. It was a mess. I would’ve asked him to make another one but don’t know what would’ve changed. He needs trained or let go."

"My aunt had ordered an sub at this establishment and they messed up her online order twice, first they put veggies on it and the second time messed up on the bread, she wanted Italian herb&cheese but got the wrong bread, the people working here do not read the online orders at ALL."

"This location has struggled for a long time with staffing and management issues. I started going back here for the last two months probably and have had NOTHING but an AMAZING experience with the new manager Taylor. She’s kind, customer oriented, and knows my order by heart! She leads her employees by example! She is the best thing that’s happened to this subway in years! Keep her!!! Give her a raise!! She’s doing a great job!"
