"The manager was very rude and her customer service demeanor was very rude cause I asked for a banana that wasn't brown and she had an attitude about it and we didn't even get a ranch for a kid's meal that was a 2 piece chicken tender. And I use to work here over 6 years ago and customer service wasn't like this. And that's why I give them a 2 star cause the food is good but the customer service sucks."

"Quality of food and service is fine, on par with the other DQs' I frequent. The staff members I've interacted with are polite. Using the drive thru I was on my way in just under 10 minutes at lunch time. I ordered a 6-piece chicken strip basket and got one piece a third of the size as normal. Normally this is totally fine because every other location tosses in an addition small piece to make up for it, but that didn't happen at this location. Years ago I would have never complained but since 6 pieces of chicken with fries is now >$9, I fully expect to get the appropriate volume of food. If the count matters that much then expect less business for shorting your customers."
