"I placed an order online for pick up and I showed up to pick it up at 9:50 PM at the drive-through and they told me I need to cancel my order because they are closing early due to maintenance and they had no clue how to help me figure out how to cancel my order And they said they never made my order because I guess it never came through. I placed my order around 8 o’clock so you can’t tell me they never got my order. They were just being lazy and told me to cancel my order. That’s not very good customer service if you ask me December 20, 2023 is the day I came in at around 9:50 PM and this happened"
"Not bad! Usually visit at least once a week when i visit my fiancée on his lunch break and we get food here! Definitely get food out in a timely manner, sometimes the cheese could be melted a little more but usually they do a pretty good job :) the flavours and everything are always on point"
