"I go to Subway when I want something quick, relatively inexpensive, and relatively clean. The sandwich maker was v-e-r-y patient with me as I considered all of the choices and finally decided to have a veggie sandwich. She did a superb job of creating a really good and fresh tasting sandwich. If you normally get a meat sandwich and then ask to have it loaded with all the veggies, skip the meat. Save yourself a buck, a few calories, and loads of sodium. A sandwich packed full of veg is so good, you won't miss the meat."
