"Fountain machines were broken, one overflowing with ice the other dispensing orange flavoring with every beverage choice. The buns were stale, the burgers were dry. Fries were good. The biggest atrocity was the milkshake, heavy emphasis on the milk."

"I ordered a cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap instead of a bun on DoorDash. When the ordered arrived the store had made me a lettuce wrap with all the toppings and condiments but not burger patties and no cheese. I brought this to DoorDashes attention and they gave me a $4 and some change credit for a $15 burger! Because only “some” of the ingredients were missing. This was the main ingredient, my source of protein and the entire reason I ordered. I normally don’t complain about silly things like food orders but it was the principal at this point. I called the store and informed them of my problem and they confirmed it was indeed their mistake and their solution was I either come in and get it replaced or refunded. I said I would just like a refund and they proceeded to tell me I would have to come in for that as well. The entire reason I doordashed this order was BECAUSE I can not come in, I have no available way to get there. They wouldn’t even do a refund over the phone, with me having my receipt and all my information on hand. I’m starting to think they purposely mess up DoorDash orders knowing that you can’t get fully refunded for it. I’m incredibly disappointed."

"Small location but everything was great about it. Location is kind of hard to see but luckily I found them on Google maps. It was quite empty in there so they made my food pretty fast. It was very clean and they always always hook you up with extra fries all ingredients are very fresh."

"The place has a nice atmosphere, and the burgers were good. The fries reminded me of fairground fries. Unfortunately, the prices were outrageous. I could have eaten at an actual sit-down restaurant with bigger portions for the price I paid."

"Seems like the novelty of this franchise has worn off. Not very busy. Still a great burger, fries are overpriced and the servings are way too large for a single diner. Drinks are also pricey at $2.89."
