"Me and my gf went to eat here after school and the service was so slow and then when we did finally get it she said that her ranch tasted expired and we both ended up feeling unwell afterwards"

"This is the worst service and food we have ever gotten from a Wendy's. Had 2 employees with dreadlocks flopping them all around the food. They couldn't inform us that they didn't have any bacon( pork meat). So the quick cooked it and we live a few miles away and went to eat our dinner at home and the fries were over salted and COLD. The young girl that waited on us was rude. Never will patronize this store again"

"I think they have too many black people working. It was ghetto, they where rude like it was an inconvenience that we showed up, barely wanted to take our order like we interrupted there twerking soul train session. All around Ghetto and bad experience. I don't recommend anyone going to this Wendy's at all. Stay away from 9th Street Wendy's, horrible place with the service and atmosphere and food. They over salted the fries and the chicken sandwich was cold. SMH, do not go there, stay away from 9th st Wendy's."

"I just got out of working a 12 hour shift. Come here before I have to go to class and I ordered a a meal with a large strawberry lemonade. They left it 2 inches from the top didn’t even fill my drink up all the way and when I said, I’m sorry, but my drinks not filled up all the way and the lady at the drive-through window (Host 3006) she shut the window in my face and walked away."

"Went to this Wendy's and waited for someone to take our order but no one waited on us. We stood there waiting and finally gave up and left. We went across the street to the Culver's restaurant and had a great meal . I do not recommend this Wendy's unless they take action to improve the service."
