"If you want your order to be correct, stay away from any taco bell located in kalamazoo and portage. Don't think I've ever visited one where there wasn't a mistake with my order. This was the most recent, taco bell stole $5 from me by forgetting to put food in bag, it was on the receipt. Picked up on my way home from work during a winter storm so I'm not going to drive back there ya know? Get it right the first time."

"The staff seemed very short-handed. It took longer to get our food than it should have considering that the place wasn't that full. The food was tasty. The dining area didn't seem very inviting. It was very clean, but it was so sterile looking that it made me feel like I was eating in a hospital, not a restaurant."

"I cannot comment on other shifts... But the lunch crew is on point. I've come through 1 or 2 times a week over the last couple months and it's been consistent with service. They are great to deal with and they have never messed up my order yet. And if they did, I wouldn't have been bothered because of how great your interactions are with the crew. This place is pretty quick too. Great place to stop for lunch. I'll say this place is much better than the Taco Bell closest to my home."

"Ordered 30$ worth of food through the app to get only a 1/3 of our food. I got a cup of cheese with no chips! Lmao. Wife got her pop but no bottled water for myself. Bag was completely sealed, could tell it wasn’t tampered with. Manager Liz was absolutely worthless! Should not be a manager. Blamed the delivery driver smh. Bag wasn’t tampered with. We all know how bad fast food sucks! They ask for more pay lmao, gtfo! I got my crunchwrap and a cup of cheese out of my whole box. Also asked for no tomatoes, probably the delivery drivers fault hahaha"

"This is why these people work in the fast food industry, that can’t do much more. Look at that taco, pathetic. 90% of the taco is OUTSIDE the shell. The first taco I opened was smooshed in 1/2. Bunch of workers who think that just because they are sacrificing their personal time, they should get paid. I mean, they need their next tat and their vapes.
