"Completely incompetent staff. From billing wrong insurance companies, not billing guarantor for 9 months, to not responding to medical records forms. Supposed retraining was to be done. Obviously not! Staff is totally incompetent!"

Seeing Dr Chauvin, First time to see him after Deyoung left, very upsetting, have I shoot up, have I been in jail, what kind of insurance do I have, this along with several other questions to disturbing to say, as soon as he came in to meet me, having some medical background, along with doctors in my family seemed very strange to ask... What kind of a doctor is this, makes one not to ever come again especially in cheboygan.... Wow very very disturbing!!!! #"

"I had a very bad experience with this Medical Center especially Dr Chauvin. My very first appointment was short , didn’t really do an initial intake exam like I’ve experienced with all of my Drs. It’s more like slam bam thank you ma’am and you’re out of there . At a later appointment he didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say regarding my meds even though I had other Drs backing up my concerns. Being that he is/was an E.R. physician maybe that has made him suspicious of everybody ....or is it just women ? He definitely felt challenged and ended up behaving very Inappropriately towards me at my last appointment. I just feel that a patient should be treated with compassion and respect at all times. Paraphrasing the Drs Oath “ at first do no harm “ was definitely not in this Drs vocabulary. The rest of the help were courteous and accommodating most of the time .I wouldn’t recommend Dr Chauvin at all ....."

"I had a work related injury and my Dr. refused to give a deposition to my lawyer he herds his patience in like cattle over books all the time and spends little time with his patience. All he cares about is money I don’t recommend Dr. Chauvin to anyone. I didn’t even want to give this a star"
