"They got to order right, everybody was polite, there are napkins in the bag, and their service was speedy! The only negative is that the lettuce on my sandwich was all over in the rapper, so eating in the car was a little difficult without dropping lettuce (with dabs of mayo) everywhere."

"I try to order some food and took me 15 minutes,I arrived at the place at 9.15 minutes,the lobby was closed,they tell me to go and order by drive thru,and nobody answered….. so rude ,the food and the drink was bad also …."

"Went on my lunch for a sandwich and a drink. Took half of my lunch to get my food. I ordered online for the drive through and went to the speaker. No one was there besides me and no one took my order. Another car pulled up and they were helped right away. When I finally got to the window they tried giving me someone else's order. After a few minutes of sitting around they had me pull forward and wait for 10 more cars to get their food first. Then they brought out the food and forgot my drink. When I finally left they had given me water and the wrong sandwich when I ordered a sprite. A waste of time and money to get absolutely nothing that I ordered."

"Worst experience ever. Workers wouldn't even acknowledge I was a customer. Refused to take my order, however, had enough time to smile at me and gossip. Disrespectful atmosphere. If you don't take walk in orders, have the lobby closed. Have the employees state it. Passive aggressive behavior towards customers is not good business. Never going back."

"I ordered a deal that was buy a 10 piece McNugget, get one free, with sauce. Got those. Ordered a small shake, got that. Did not get the $3.79 fries I ordered and paid for and instead of the 2 apple pies on my order I got two of those godawful birthday cake ones. Can't eat them. Not happy and still hungry plus I'm out almost $5 for the missing and wrong stuff, almost half my order. Too far to drive back. Thanks a lot!"
