"This was the first time I took my 16-month-old puppy to get groomed at PetSmart Northville. She’s been groomed before at other places and it didn’t go so well so I was worried getting her groomed. I have to say I was very pleased. Sofia groomed my dog and did a wonderful job. I told her what I wanted and she explained exactly what she would do. My dog is sweet but stubborn and difficult at times getting groomed and bathed she’s also scared of people she doesn’t know. Sofia was so nice and was great with my dog. She even spent time giving me a report on how it went and how my dog reacted during certain parts of the grooming. I would definitely recommend PetSmart grooming services at Northville and take my dog back to them again. Hopefully Sofia will be there."
