"The rooms are incredibly disgusting the one that runs at his name is doc and he is a complete mean rude disgusting person. He walks in rooms unannounced, doesn't maintenance anything the right way, no water pressure, mad roaches and then when you tell him he blames you, raises rent when he feels like it, goes through your things, black mold, people constantly getting sick, poisoned my dog.... Etc... So so much bad...."

"Place is disgusting. They don't change their sheets. They don't clean. The guy that runs the place "doc" is horrible with people. All he cares about is money. This place deserves 0 stars! He legit got mad bc we left, now he's holding our security deposit. Calling me out of my name, as if I did something wrong. Angry because the truth hurts. He tries to use the "oh I'm sick I need help" card. Just to butter you up to take as much money from you as possible. Hotel rooms are supposed to be 290 a week. He charged us 315 bc he knew my man has a good job. If you was to stay there you will be sorry in the end."

"I’d RATHER SLEEP on the STREETS than HERE! The ROOMS R NASTY, OVER PRICED! I split a room there $650 EACH with NOTHING but a Bathroom that DID NOT Work! NO HOT WATER for DAYS! Sink over flow FOR WEEKS! This place NEEDS TO B SHUT DOWN LIKE ASAP! Oh n we had a Microwave for $650 EACH! Plus NO DEPOSIT when I left! DOC is VERY RUDE! Oh NO CARD to pay so u can’t cancel ur room he just wants CASH! FIND ANOTHER PLACE! LASTLY ROOMS R DIRTY VERY DIRTY!"

"When I stayed there No smoke detectors or fire extinguisher for room safety. No prior emergency or evacuation map or plan listed inside motel room.. Terrible room conditions Forced to breathe in cigarette smoke when I already have breathing issues no furnace filter to filter the air causing breathing problems which would be hotel motel owner responsibility to have safe breathing conditions. Terrible and sometimes no water pressure or even no water at all. Terrible. very unsafe conditions around Motel mostly parking lot no plow or salting or even leveling out rocks for safety. Absolutely unacceptable that people that pay money every week to live here that have jobs ..during the summer countless times being interrupted or disturbed because the owner's son decided to have a party down by the lake attracting more than 100 people with loud rude obnoxious kids screaming fighting and throwing beer bottles and cans everywhere being disrespectful. That is absolutely unacceptable the people living there were forced to just deal with it. as any time if the police were called and would show up the owner would hide in his little house. The vast majority of people living there were either Parolees convicts people on the Run or gigantic drug addicts. You've been warned I guarantee if you stay there you'll want your money back good luck"
