"Pharmacy is terrible. For the past few months, my doctor sent my prescription in over A WEEK EARLY because of a shortage issue lately. I have to personally call everyday until they have it in stock for them to fill it. This month my prescription was sent in the 13th. After 9 days of calling and asking about the status, on the 22nd, I called and they told me they would put an order in for my prescription and since it was the day before Thanksgiving, it likely wouldn't be here until at least Monday, the 27th! 2 weeks after my doctor sent it in! Why did they tell me they were waiting on my prescription to be in stock if they never sent the order in?? Even worse, the staff is awful. Rude with no patience regardless of how polite you are. 2 years with this medication and this is the worst pharmacy I've dealt with. I'd go somewhere else, as I will be soon."
"Worst pharmacy ever! I called in yesterday and asked them 2 fill my scripts, cause they'll send you a text that there all ready and there not! So I then ask the lady if they'll for sure be ready for pickup by 1-130.. She says yes, thats it, never tells me the pharmacy closes during the time I am trying picking up! I had an appt in Canton at 210 that required one of these prescriptions! You can hear and see the whole pharmacy staff not doing anything but talking/joking around back there so i ask the manager can I just get the prescription I need, he was such a jerk! I will take my money elsewhere ! Done!"
"They are not nice. They promised they would have my medication in by the next morning and that it should be ready by then. A couple days pass by & I did not hear anything from them. I call to ask them about it and got a lady that said that they shouldn't promise me anything, who then sent me over to the manager on call, and he was not nice or understanding of my situation at all. So what are patients supposed to do if they cant get their insulin or their ADHD or depression medication, and you refuse to help patients find a location that carries it? They don't care about your wellbeing!"
"Leslie in the pharmacy is always helpful. She went above and beyond to get my my prescription before the lunch break. I appreciate her. She is great and her helpfulness does not go unnoticed."
"Pharmacy is abysmal. I had a vaccine appointment scheduled. Checked in online as directed, went in the store and only one person was working. He didn’t even acknowledge me for 10-15 minutes, then said it would be a much longer wait and suggested I come back in the morning. The manager said they knew all day they’d be short-staffed that evening. Why not call to tell me you’re short staffed and will need to reschedule or warn the wait would be long? I even called this afternoon to verify they had the correct vax in stock and they couldn’t have mentioned it then? I’m immunocompromised and risked my health going into the store and waiting and now will have to do so again at another store (not a cvs). The pharmacist was very dismissive and rude. Last year, going there for the vax was also much slower than the canton cvs but nothing as bad as this. Appointments should either be prioritized over walk-ins or cancel them if you don’t have the staff and time. He couldn’t even say “I’ll get to you after X people/minutes” so I could wait outside. He just said he couldn’t say and I should probably come back during the day- when most people have to work. The pharmacy should close overnight if it can’t be staffed adequately. The manager said they can’t find people to work, people just quit- well perhaps they should look at pay and working conditions and improve upon those along with customer service. What a cop-out answer to a chronic problem for this cvs. Hopefully the pharmacist can learn to give proper time estimates and know how to prioritize scheduled appointments over walk ins and the drive thru."
