"I would give then 0 stars if I could just on their customer service. They have made many mistakes, are rude when trying to work through them, and talk so fast you cant understand half of what they say. Just had to call because my prescription was filled incorrectly. I explained the situation in detail, was put on hold for 5 minutes and then was asked if I wanted the wrong prescription again. I then recieve a message that it is ready and another message saying it won't be ready until later. They obviously don't listen and displace the blame when they make a mistake. Have spoken to a manager multiple times and there's clearly been no corrective actions taken. Their reviews don't lie. Incredibly frustrating. I will definitely be looking for another pharmacy."

"My main issue with the pharmacy is that they tell me they’ll fill my prescription I need that day, tell me to come back in 30-35 minutes- so I walk around the store. Then I come back and they tell me they don’t have it in stock. This isn’t uncommon, it’s happened multiple times. Their text alerts don’t work 100% of the time either, so you will find yourself on the phone with them, or stopping in to see if your script is ready. Their current staff right now is really friendly. They are nice about sending over requests to doctors for refills. Also, their pharmacist gave me a good consultation last month on the timing of taking medications."
