"My son is in the pre-k program at YIES. He attends 3 days a week (an option we really appreciate) and he loves going - I think he would go 5 days a week if it were up to him. Already in preschool he has "special" classes (outside his pre-k room, with specialized teachers) in Art, Music, Spanish and Physical Education. He tells us about these classes everyday and I have already noticed IB concepts showing up in his vocabulary - he is correctly and regularly using words like respect and cooperation. We are very happy with our experience so far and with the interactions we have had with the teachers and principal."

We are amazed by how well her teacher already knows her and carefully thinks about what she needs to develop & grow. She seems to be learning so much - how to play well with other kids, Spanish, songs and dance. The other day she even came home and started drawing full portraits of her classmates - circle heads, with facial expressions, eyelashes, hair, clothes, and feet (she was just doing scribbles a week prior!).
