"The clerk tried to short the guy in front of me and then overcharged me. Watch your change! This store literally advertises something on sale but then cheats you out of it. But I guess that's what happens when they hire someone too high to do their job and the company doesn't care about their customers."

"¡Trucker be ware! Watch how many gallons you fuel and what they charge you for. I purchased 134 gallons but they charged my fleet card 142 gallons. It makes a difference. Don’t get swindled."

"This is going to be the most honest review. I was explaining that I now prepay my gas because at the pumps everywhere they take a large deposit and then have to put it back on your card sometimes over $100. The cashier has zero customer service and acts as if you are liar. She buttered her mouth her nose her face and said oh that never happens to me I have never had that and I've been everywhere. Well I travel for a living I am all over the United States I've been to 14 countries. It happens all over the place it's a large deposit I'd rather prepay my gas and it just makes it easier these days. The fact that she was negating what I said buttered her face up and acted as if I was lying is appalling. I have never been so disrespected by a person in service of customers. I have always enjoyed Casey's locations here in the Midwest but I will say the Bridgeman location needs better customer service and I will start going to the BP when I come through town. I will not be treated in such a manner I am always easy to get along with and treat people with respect and I expect the same she was just horrible. Her description is an older lady it's 10:23 in the morning she has blonde hair pulled back. She has camouflage sleeves on I thought she had tattoos sleeves because I have tattoos she doesn't even give a smile. If I see her in the store I will not be stopping again because that is not the way I wish to be treated when I'm putting my money into a company"

"Really dissapointed in how we were treated when trying to pay for our bills. Not 30 seconds within scanning was the cashier waving her hand in impatience, being dismissive and rude, all while apologizing not to us for her attitude but to her coworker right infront of us. I'm sorry but I don't care how tired and ready to go you may be, it is no excuse to be so rude to your customers. Especially when both transactions took less than a minute and a half of your time."

"I ordered a pizza using their App, the order went thru and my credit card was charged. About 15 minutes after I placed the order someone called to say thin crust wasn’t available. Rather than cancel I agreed to regular crust. When I went in to pick up my pizza it wasn’t there. They had given it to someone else. Liv, who was the ONLY one working in the kitchen offered to make another one. She picked up a hunk of dough with her bare hands after wiping her face. I asked her why she wasn’t wearing gloves and Liv proceeded to tell me their 525 degree oven will kill any germs. (Nope Liv, a nuclear blast wouldn’t kill whatever is on your filthy hands.) I declined the offer and left but not before Liv hurled a few f bombs my way and threw pizza boxes all over the place. Liv is unhinged, and not in a good way. Anyway, it’s been well over a week and Casey’s ‘customer service’ still has not refunded my card."
