"I am a south haven local but this McDonald’s is better than the one in south haven and is my favorite to go to in southwest Michigan. The restaurant itself is not as fancy as south havens but they make up for it in other ways. Managers are nice and most service employees are friendly too. I’ve come here 7 times this year and my food is always hot, fresh and good. Not to mention my sandwiches are wrapped nicely and my drinks are plentiful and done the way I like them. Their kitchen staff is exceptional. I’ve come here for both breakfast and dinner and not once can I complain about the food. Service is a bit slow but is worth it if you like your food fresh and actually want to be treated like a customer. Whatever it is they’re doing, they’re doing a great job!"

"My wife and I had a sweet tooth on the way back from camping so we stopped by here for a couple McFlurries. They were as good as you'd think: the ingredients were too fine (no delicious chunks) and none of it got down to the bottom. The service was fast and the staff was pleasant, though."
