"Stopped here for a quick snack on the way to Chicago. One of the self-order screens would not accept card payment and a member of our group had to wait for a good 15 minutes before being helped at the counter by an employee. Fries were hot, bathrooms were clean."

"Big McDonald’s guy. Especially when traveling. I’ll make it snappy, too many big chunks of ice in my Caramel Frappe & if lunch starts at 11, cool, have the fries ready at 11, don’t drop them at 11. Other than that, business as usual."

"The food is either missing the egg or vegetable and they are ridiculously slow. I understand finding work is hard but they're attitudes during it is ridiculous as well. Literally orderd a 4 piece nugget and had to move to the second window. Maybe try keeping people at the window so your bosses can see how long you truly take to service a car via drive thru."

"Monica made the ordering process easy and awesome! She was bright and happy! She asked if I was using the mobile app and was patient with my indecision (so many options) and was kind. When I asked her name she mentioned one of her employees who would give me my food down the line. Amazing teamwork. Anne was very sweet with a warm smile and was very quick and courteous! I was in good service for a long time and I know having a positive attitude and a welcoming smile is hard at 630 am. But these ladies did such a wonderful job! Oh! And the food was top notch! Thank you guys. "

"Food took too long to receive. I didn't get what I ordered. A comment was made about ordering at the counter instead of using the ordering panel. There was a McDonald's manager that was sitting next to us and was listening to what we were discussing regarding our orders and she decided to stay quiet almost ignoring us. Not a good experience."
