Taco Bell

"I have ordered from here 3 times from Doordash and each time my order has been wrong or messed up, or missing something. I ordered tonight and literally got my order wrong. This is ridiculous! I tried to get money back off Doordash and they gave me back $4 for my $13 total which was my order. That's just crazy to me. I highly doubt I will order from here again!!!! I would like all of my money back for my incorrect items and my items re done but that is too much to ask for."

"Went there tonight and ordered 2 chicken. Chilupas and got the complete wrong order. They aren't answering the phone and I live a half hour from there so can't go back tonight. What I got I can't even eat because it's spicy and my stomach can't handle it. They need to do better with checking peoples orders before giving it to them. I'm not too happy with them right now and will probably never go there again."

"I worked here and THEY SERVE EXPIRED food first thing in the morning they have us take out last night's food and heat it with fresh food and that's breakfast. But also they find any expired food and make sure to serve that as well. They don't care as long as they're making sales. I literally watched THE HEAD MANAGER (Donnie is his name) run and hide about 5-6 boxes of expired food from the health inspector knowing he had already been serving that expired food. I lost count how many times I've seen someone go smoke just to come back in and start making people food no washing the hands or anything. I've never met more nasty people in my life especially the food makers and managers. And I'm pretty sure corporate knows but doesn't care, sales before hygiene and health I'm genuinely scared to eat at any taco bell after working here. Out of all the fast food spots I worked at, this one is the least worried about the customers satisfaction or their health."

"## The BEST T.B. in B.C., and it's not even close. The staff may be young, but they have always been nice to me, even joking around. The food is actually made the way that makes me feel like I am getting my money's worth. The building is clean, inside and out, and even when I do have a problem, they don't make a big deal out of it, but they just resolve it. I don't care where in the city I am, if I want Taco Bell, I go to the Urbandale one next to Ritzee's on Michigan Ave"

"Drive up. Always happy to go there. Workers are friendly. Tacos have all the ingredients in the tacos. Unlike other Taco Bell, Urbandale Taco Bell gives you cheese, where other franchises only gives you a couple sprinkles of cheese. They make the perfect taco."
