"Too expensive for what you get for food amount and quality isn’t the best. The service rather sucks because there isn’t a smile on the employee’s face no personality it’s just like having a robot going along with the motion. There’s nothing like seeing a restaurant that’s unkempt or even void of people every time. I’ve been there out of convenience for my busy schedule but prefer to drive 17 miles further to by a grinder from another vendor. Subway is overpriced and rated for everything."

"Placed an on line order , said would be ready at 7:05 , I was there at that time to pick up . Lady said not ready , I'm by myself , waited 20 more minutes to get six sandwiches. I had a couple of drinks and applesauce along with order she forgot until I mentioned it and then I had to ask for a bag to carry it all . Food was good but service was poor !"

"I am beyond irritated. The staff is unbelievably unprofessional. No reply back on an interview at all, they waisted my time with an interview just to tell me they would get back to me the next day, I called them and was told “the manager will be here tomorrow” tomorrow comes around and no reply. I kept calling and messaging the manager and the business and no reply. Absolutely unprofessional. At least let people know something?! It’s been 2 weeks."

"This was a great experience! We have a family with nine kids and the app would only allow us to order six subs at a time and then crashed. We were short on time and coming from a open house so we tried calling the store and a not only took our order over the phone but they took the time to make sure all of the orders were correct and had it ready by the time we arrived. They went above and beyond to Exeter expectations and the food was amazing"
