"Called at 8:35 To place order for pizza. I pressed 1 to place order and I was kept on hold, then I was hung up on. In other words, they don't take orders 25 minutes before they close!! I also tried on- line while on hold with no luck.. they close at 9!! Poor business practice."

"Great pizza but double check your order. I called in via phone. And both of my pizzas were made incorrectly. I was asked if i would like them to remake them for me. Which of course i did. I then had the other worker in the kitchen argue with me that i was wrong and they made my order correctly? I guess I’ll order online next time since they are incapable of punching a button on an iPad correctly."

"I was very disappointed in the curse of the goat pizza. The crust was soggy, hardly any toppings, really had to look for the sausage and it looked like they used cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. The basil was definitely not fresh, I had it before at the other mitten location and it was delicious. I will not order from that location again."

"I really wanted to like mitten pizza because it's just around the corner. Sorry, no. If I can save my neighbors some disappointment, this review will be worth it because I don't like to give bad reviews. Crust was very tough and pretty flat. I really like that they have a range of toppings, it's too bad they all taste like the same thing which seems to be cheese and a spicy sauce. We ordered a custom pizza with five traditional toppings that nearly doubled the pie price. The toppings seemed to be placed on the inner portion of the pizza rather than the whole thing. Considering how circles work it seemed like we got about 1/3 the total amount of toppings we should have. It was a good science illustration to consider the area of a circle. I'm trying to find positive things here. So we did get some enjoyment from this experience, it's just that we won't be back."

"I LOVE Mitten Brewing Company and was super excited to find this spot but their pizzas were a total disappointment. I ordered the vegan hog heaven, it was missing the chipotle style spicy (ish) sauce, they tossed a small handful of the tortilla crisps on it and didn’t bother to marinate the jackfruit in the usual sauce - instead it was just sprinkled on there without any kind of flavor. I received the text that my order was ready, I picked up the order 4 minutes later and sat down to eat it just 5 minutes after that … it was so cold I had to microwave it. No a good look for a MBC brand."
