"Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everyone here has a bad attitude. Cashier didn’t even greet us or let us know our food was ready, just stood there and stared at us. I’d give 0 stars if I could."

"There was hair all throughout my burger in the cheese, under the patty. As if it's FILTHY in there. Either that or they pick food up off the ground and still use it. Manager acted like it wasn't a big deal, unapologetic completely. I had to pick through the burger myself and show her just to get reimbursed."

"Sat at the speaker for five minutes after another patron was helped. Waited before we said anything, no response. Waited another minute before saying something again and still nothing. They finally answered but we felt rushed as they took our order. Finally got our food and i only wanted to ask for extra sauce and as i was asking the lady continued to close the window even as she struggled too. Thankfully our order was right but the service was not it"

"Went through the drive through to order food today, when I told the woman the order was wrong, she tried to fix it but then another woman came to the window and started arguing with me about my order. She was rude and did not want to hear what I had to say because she was wrong. I have never been yelled at by a fast food worker about my order. When I said the customer is always right, she started yelling again. I drove off. This was not the normal lady at the window. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN AND USE TO GO AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK BECAUSE IT IS SO CLOSE TO MY WORK"

"It was okay. The food was not bad, but a new drink came out. I ordered a chocolate. I tasted like cold chocolate and coffee. As for me I don't like cold coffee. It's just me. Check it out for yourself. Enjoy!"
