"My experience at this place was so terrible. I took my family here and when we first walk in she had a rude tone with me. I had a smile on my face and I ask where do we sit. She said booth or table with a loud voice. At this moment I should’ve just left but I was thinking maybe she had a bad day. As we sat down and eat my table never got refills instead they kept looking at me n my baby the whole time.one lady walk by n stop to look at my family member while he was eating and didn’t say anything. Once he look up she left. This kept going on I lost my appetite and I was ready to pay. The lady was very rude and try get a refill soon as we was leaving I told her no it’s fine we about to leave. She came back n I sign the paper. I didn’t like the services at all. Some of the food was cold and I was ready to go.as I was putting my baby in his car seat she told me don’t leave I have to tip. I usually tip where ever I go but this time the services was so bad and I didn’t get refill n I got treated so bad. I did not want to tip. She didn’t let me leave from my table after I paid she kept telling me tip. I told her I can give her a cash tip. She said no. She pointed at my card. I said no I can cash tip you but let me get my baby situated. She got the manger and the manger told they already paid. I left. 3-4 days later they refunded my money and charge my card again with 5 dollars tip that I didn’t authorize."

"From the time you walk into this place you're treated poorly, like a bother and inconvenience. The food is marginal at best. Food looks to be left out on the buffet past what it should. If you have any issue while there they snub you and treat you like a piece of dirt and that you are lying. They will argue with you about any concern. Don't eat the seafood or shrimp unless you like being sick later. They do all seafood buffet on one of the days of the weekend. Don't go, big red flag, full stop."

"If you go to a buffet for smiling faces, then this isn't the place for you. My review is starting rating is based more on the food. Most of the food from the buffet tables were warm at best. The proteins were tough, including what I had from the grill. The only saving grace for me were the pork dumplings (gyoza). It may have been the time of day (1PM) or possibly just a bad day. Also, don't let the name Fuji fool you. There is nothing Japanese about it. I doubt that I will return."

"It was so delicious, the have all kinds of deliciousness. They have Hibachi, sushi, and lots of other good Asian food, and on top of that, they got various sorts of desserts too, and ice cream! As an Asian girl from Taiwan, I’d say they have it done right, love everything I had and for the price we paid, it was definitely a good value, will go back for sure!"
