"This is our absolute last time at a Panera’s. The quantity for the price has bothered me for the past few years. Today we gave it another shot. The soup was more broth than substance, my sandwich was lukewarm, and a medium Coke was $3.49. On top of that, one of their cooks was taking a break in a seat near us. He was hacking up a lung and blew his nose into napkins 3 times. The last time he wadded it up and gently carried it to the garbage between two fingers. Fortunately or unfortunately, I had to watch because of my seat, but my wife only had to hear it. Good bye Panera!!!"
"First time trying the pizza and I was pleasantly surprised. Even had the leftovers the next day."
"Tables were all dirty. Service was very unimpressive, they forgot to give us a pager. Dangerous puddles left from sloppy mopping. No water glasses at the drink station. Order was wrong... One good employee though that corrected the order and upgraded the item for our trouble. Update: Two years later and this is how my baguette came.... Come on guys do better"
