"Very nice decor food is top shelf for a quick food restaurant I came in right before a college track and field team showed up I watched and they were served in a quick and organized manner. I have much respect for the crew at Wendy's. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future. I like the app it offered me several choices to save on my first purchase using the app. Overall great value."

"I ordered an original chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich. Both sandwiches were made to my specifications perfectly. The chicken was hot and fresh. It is the first Wendy's. I have been to in Grand Rapids, which put my extra mayo on both buns, which is how it is supposed to be done. Great job!"

"Burgers were made without gloves. I worked fast food and know that means cross-contamination. That said, it is two days later and I am not sick. Had the Dave's Triple. It was alright for $10, but could have used more toppings. It had the toppings of a single. The service was quick. It wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly either. Oct. 28, 2023 after 7pm"

"Awesome during the day, but the late night staff is absolute garbage. Before closing time on a Friday night, 4 cars in line at the drive-thru, no response at the speaker. Five minutes later they turn off the lights as if that's an acceptable way to communicate to a handful of customers that they're closed. Absolute disgrace. At any time they could have turned off the main sign, turned off the interior lights, or spoke thru the speaker system to say they were closed. Anything would have been better than hiding behind their doors and shutting off all lights without explanation. Again, the cars in line were there before closing time on a FRIDAY NIGHT."

"The bathroom had toilet paper hanging off the wall and paper towels for your hands but none of it was in a normal way. Check the pictures. The employees were nice and fast. The food was good as expected."
