"Visiting for a couple days and decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings a try. I ordered 10 wings, fries, brownie, and cheese curds to go. It was ok, but it didn't meet my expectations. The guy who assisted me was respectful and nice. However, I had a baby portion of curds (they were tasty, but don't think it was the accurate size), missing one wing (received only 9, but didnt eat them all anyway), and wasn't thrilled with the brownie (I didn't expect it to come in a package). All in all, I didn't meet my expectations."

"My friend and I weren’t feeling the vibe of a bar down the street so we walked over to this bdubs and absolutely loved the energy of this place, smaller and more chill vibe than most Buffalo Wild Wings. But what made it the best was our server Riley. She was such a down to earth and relatable person and she made our entire experience way more fun and made us laugh as well. 100/10 service. Will be back just to hopefully see her again!"

"It was our friends birthday, we were a party of 8 adults and 3 kids and our waitress was FANTASTIC. She told us we had to have the blazin’ rewards in order to receive the BOGO, and that deal was on our bill. Mind you my husband and I plus one other couple tipped (a decent tip) and signed off on our bill. But one other couple actually brought up how confusing it was so when she asked the waitress she got super rude about it! Again we were told you have to have the blazin’ rewards to receive the BOGO, well the waitress never asked for our phone number prior to receiving the bill nor after. I asked the waitress if she could add my phone, mind you I already paid, and she said “no, it was too late.” Because our friend’s bill, was confusing looking to her we thought, “was ours wrong too, because the waitress kept the original receipt. The waitress was condescending in explaining it to us. Now I will say no one in our party was rude. Because we weren’t getting any where, we asked for the manager and she came over annoyed, she did help explain it where we got it (eventually). I told to the manager how our waitress was lovely but when it came time to understand the bill, she went from nice to rude. The manager responded, “well I understand why because it gets annoying having to explain basic math to adults.” She also said, “I can get like that too having to explain it.” That’s when we realized we weren’t getting anywhere and decided to just let it all go and leave. I will say out of the 4 split bills we all tipped pretty good. No one in our party was rude or “Karen’s,” so we were so stuck on how/why this manger and waitress duo was a HOT MESS. I will say, IF so many people were confused about how BW3’s does the BOGO “on the bill,” it should be no surprise people have questions. When I mentioned to the manager that we were told you had to have rewards to get the BOGO but were told it was too late to add our phone numbers, the manager she said, “that waitress is new and didn’t know so I can add it.” Now whether or not she did?? I have no clue. :("

"Walked in and asked for a booth. Was told we had to be sat in a rotation. The 3 tables behind us were all served before we asked a manager if we should order from the bar. He said, “I’m sorry, your server is new.” Never got a drink. Other tables received food. Walked out before they could even get us a water. Never again."

"Literally came here before a concert to get a few drinks and some wings and after 30 minutes of waiting to be seated a rude waitress refused to serve us drinks bc our ids apparently didn’t look right to her. We all have Kentucky IDs as we were here for a concert, so I guess I could understand doing a double take, but she literally refused to scan them. She was being very rude so we decided to leave. She said “that’s what I thought” just all around a bad vibe and definitely disrespectful."
