"Staff not knowledgeable about menu. Bakery items must have been sitting out all day, muffins were hard. Discrepancy between what you can order on line versus what you can order in store. If you’re able to order it on line and pick up, what can’t you order the same thing in person? Less food for more price. Very disappointing visit."
"11am on a Saturday and not a single bagel in the place. The workers just shrugged it off. Ordered one small $7 smoothie instead and it took over 10min to make with no one else waiting and was not just disappointing but straight up not good."

"I used to love Panera bread. But not anymore. I’m highly not satisfied for the last 2 times I’ve been there. I got a frozen coffee and a breakfast sandwich today. The coffee was half full, you pay almost $9 for that? And a breakfast sandwich that barley had sauce on it, barley had chicken, it was not good. And the last time. I got the Citrus Asian crunch salad with a side of chilli. Both not worth it. I would like to be contacted and compensated for all of this I just wasted $40 on food that was not worth the money. Panera is losing their touch"
