"A group of us meet here once a month for dinner. Our server this last time was fantastic! The food is always just OK, and the mixed drinks are weak. This last time we were there, a member of our group ordered the potato skin appetizer without tomato and onion. It came with both. Not a huge deal, right? When our server informed the kitchen of the mistake, the kitchen made her prove that she wrote the order correctly. Which she had and proven. Unfortunately, the kitchen wasn't satisfied with that. Our server had to bring the order back into the kitchen for final proof. All said and done, a new order arrived with onions..still wrong. The bottom line is that the kitchen didn't believe our server, and she was embarrassed to have to explain the story to our table. In my opinion, that was a Richard move on behalf of the kitchen. The eight of us were Not impressed by the kitchen staff whatsoever. We will be gathering at a different place from here on."

"Have visited with family a few times. The food is always great and the staff are attentive and friendly. We had a party of 10 and they were great about moving us to an area of the restaurant where we were comfortable and able to talk and enjoy the food. (They had set up our reservation at a high top with stools, but we're great about moving us to tables with chairs due to not everyone being comfortable with the stools). Will definitely visit again."

"Definitely deserves a 5 star rating. Went to Rockford on a Saturday afternoon. Our original plan was for the hot dog Hall of Fame but there was an hour wait. We went just across and down the street and fell in love with this place! They were super busy but the bar tender made keeping up look easy (even though we know it was not). Top notch in all categories. Highly recommend. We had a great time and definitely plan to return."

"Food was nothing special and serving size wasn’t that big. Was not really impressed. Lots of TVs with different games on. Building was nice, bathrooms not so much. Not bad, but just not for me, over priced food that I could buy and microwave at home for a third of the price."

"Excellent service and nice comfort foods with generous portions. We had the white fish sandwich and the Philadelphia with a side of au jus. And also the fried pickles. Just a heads up that the white fish was not breaded in case that makes a difference for you."
