"Purchased a gun safe from their Black Friday Sale. Nice safe, with a nice price. It took me 2 days to arrange picking up the safe but when I did and got it home, I was unable to open it. In calling the store for assistance, I received stellar service. Lance, the store manager, broke away on one of their busiest days of the year to come to our home (15 miles away). Through Lance's dedication and follow through, we were finally able to get into our safe. Tractor Supply..... You're lucky to have him! Thanks Lance!"
